Stargazer is NOT a rental but is for friends and guests of Clair de Lune Cottage to enjoy. It's your room with a great big view. The Stargazer is a 5 minute hike from the cottage, over the suspension bridge. The hike leads to a sheer cliff where the star house is perched. Breathtaking views abound, and in all seasons there is beauty and wonders to behold in the pristine valley that this little dwelling overlooks.

Crafted with an eye for genius, boldness and imagination, the star house was built for friends and guests of Clair de Lune Cottage - to admire the breathtaking views from the top deck, or sip wine from our complementary bottle of local organic wine. You are free to watch the stars through a high powered telescope or read a novel inside this eagle's nest.

Set on 5 pristine acres and surrounded by thousands of acres of unspoiled California Oak woodlands. An outdoor hot tub is also available for Clair de Lune Cottage guests and sits on a cliff at the head of the waterfall trail.
